I just found out just a few days ago and I saw that Otafest has been granted the Canadian premiere of “Death Note: L, Change the WorLd." 
This is a sequel to the first two live action movies. (Greg says it should be called Death Note 1.5.
) The other titles are also known as "Death Note: L, change the WorLd" or "Death Note III" according to Wikipedia. Also according to Wikipedia, this is a sequel/spin-off that involves the last 23 days of L's life.

As Greg and I were one of the few people that watched the extras of the second Death Note live-action movie. We found out that the actor who played L, eat so much sweet food (candies, etc.) that he got so sick of them that he couldn't eat them anymore.
